1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VoiceMaster ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

VoiceMaster is a Discord bot that provides voice channel management features including but not limited to:

  • Automatic voice channel creation and deletion
  • Voice channel permissions management
  • User activity tracking and statistics
  • Custom voice channel configurations
  • Premium features for enhanced functionality

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Proper Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse other users
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

3.2 Server Administration

You are responsible for ensuring you have proper permissions to add bots to Discord servers and configure voice channels. VoiceMaster is not responsible for any issues arising from improper server permissions or configuration.

4. Premium Services

4.1 Subscription Terms

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. By subscribing to premium services, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described during the subscription process
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Maintain current and complete account information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

4.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent the Service from functioning as described. Contact our support team through our Discord server to discuss refund requests.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Highlab Development and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Highlab Development, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Highlab Development operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
